So my daughter and I have been doing CrossFit for about a year now. Yes, I’m playing catchup with the blog. LOL I’m still learning how to do this.
But we went to the doctor the other day. My daughter actually gained weight (she was over 270 pounds), and I only lost a couple of pounds. Literally I mean as in two pounds.
We cut out fast food and tried to eat healthier. We were leaving the gym drenched in sweat. Well me more often that she did, but it wasn’t as if she was phoning it in. One of the hardest thing to do is to not throw in the towel. There had to be another underlying problem.
