This workout was a decent overall one. Floor presses aka bench presses but without the bench lol. I keep saying to my daughter that she is stronger than she thinks. All the time each rep the weight kept increasing. Amazingly though that was just the warm up.
The workout? A fifteen minute E3MOM . . . . every three minutes on the minute. Each three minute round was 25 situps followed by the remaining time on the cardio skier. A grand total of one hundred and twenty five situps and ten minutes of cardio! Leaving the gym sweating and out of breath. One great way to work out useless anxious energy and build self esteem!
