Here is one of the goals, or tasks rather. Exercise or be active at least one hour a day. While CrossFit is counting for two of those days, the remainder still elude us. After all the call of the bedroom with the electronics and teenage void is very strong. We are always looking for ideas.
The first barrier and largest one, yes you guessed it! Is actually getting up and doing it. While going to work out at CrossFit, that is very structured. You know the class or the coaching appointment is at a certain time. So as I’m typing this I assume I’ll have to set a time for my off days.
I could walk on the treadmill. Although I always found that to be a bit tedious.
I could take the dog for a walk around the neighborhood. I do have to socialize her after all.
